Mix white with sky blue colour and apply first layer of paint on half of the face. Then contour with dark blue shades. Apply white to highlight the face.

Take dark blue and draw cracks all over your face. Use sky blue and white colour to create water effect inside those cracks

Make small scales and water drops with a glue gun. Using skin safe glue, add scales and drops to the look. Finally, apply highlighter or glitter to the eyes, nose, lips and cheeks. And your look is complete!
