Start by dripping red face paint down the neck. Shade orange and red to frame your face. 

Using black start drawing in misshapen ovals - these will resemble lava. Using a dark red and yellow, shade around the black to create shadows and highlights. 

Finish with the devils tail and horns around your eyes.
