For your base, blend metallic black using a fluffy brush over the eyes & nose. For smooth application, make sure the paint is damp but not wet to get an eyeshadow-style finish.

Using a fine round brush, create dotted lines in metallic blue, sparkle turquoise, royal blue, dark green and dark blue. Use both the tip of the brush and the bottom to create different sized dots. Add multicoloured glitter dust and a tiny bit of water to create a paste, use a fine brush to add lines of glitter across the eyes. Avoid getting too close to the eye-line.

Using sparkle white and a medium flat brush, add highlights to the high point of the face. Top off the look by adding metallic blue over the eyes and layer with multicoloured glitter dust.
