Use a sponge or a large brush to apply metallic purple all over the face and onto the chest.

Once dry, apply white to highlight the face and the neck. Use sparkle pink to create contouring on the cheeks, eyes, forehead and nose.

With a small brush, use metallic black to draw on the nose and the lips. Use the same small brush (make sure it’s clean) to create the clouds using white. Finish off the look with pink eye makeup, thick lashes and of course lots of glitter.
