Outline the skull shape with white paint then use fuchsia pink to fill in the skull.

Use a mix of red and white to paint teeth and fill the gaps with black. Add small cracks and holes to the skull with black too. For the body add more water to fuchsia pink, red and black paints to create drips down the body.
