Start by dabbing purple in a semi circle around the eyes.

Take black and draw lines down from the outer corner of your eyes. Then draw a crescent moon in the centre of your forehead.

Add a black cat on the top of your eyebrow and paint in the white eyes, adding glitter on the cheeks and forehead.
