The key to this look is to make it look like a 2D illusion, so take your time getting the solid green base using lime green on a sponge and applying evenly across the face and neck.

Mark out all your shadows (remember they should all go in the same direction) using black. Add the dotted detail with a very fine brush around the shadows. Fill in the brows using black.

Using a fine brush, add white highlights to your eyes and hair to complete the Pop Art look using white. Dab sky blue on the inner parts of the lips and add flecks to the hair. Finish with a touch of white to the shadow side of the lips to create a reflective feel.
