Step one is to block out the brows before starting the eye makeup. Apply lilac as the base colour with a high-density sponge and purple to contour. Highlight the face using turquoise.

To add some texture to the face, dip the flat end of a pencil or your make up brush into white face paint shade and use as a stamp to create circles on the face and neck.

Finally, use black, purple and white to paint fish gills on the forehead and cheeks with a brush. To complete the look, finish with metallic blue on the eyes and lips and add false lashes to make the eyes pop.
